Unconfirmed reports tonight suggest that Kevin Nolan has agreed to terminate his five-year contract at West Ham 12 months early.
The 32-year-old club captain recently signalled his discontent at having lost a first team spot and with key ally Sam Allardyce long gone, Nolan's chances of cementing a place in Slaven Bilic's new-look West Ham side looked slim, at best.Earlier this evening a long-standing member of the KUMB Forum claimed that Nolan had agreed to terminate his contract at the club, despite having another year of his lucrative £50k-per-week contract still to run.
There is not believed to be any other club involved at this stage and Nolan is thought to have parted company with West Ham on amicable terms.
Good luck to Kev Nolan on his next chapter, a top man and served #WHUFC well.

Once again, this remains unconfirmed at present (West Ham are yet to respond to KUMB's request for clarification). More to follow as it happens...
