Manchester City have launched a £15million bid for West Ham youngster Reece Oxford, according to reports emerging this afternoon.

And according to Sky Sports News, the Mancunians have made an official bid for the England youth international, who is currently representing his country at the Under-19 Euro Championships.

Oxford, who is heavily tipped to break into Slaven Bilic's first team squad this season having played a bit-part last term was recently the subject of a bizarre £10million bid by German side Red Bull Leipzig.
