West Ham are interested in signing Swedish full back Ludwig Augustinsson as replacement for Aaron Cresswell.

The 22-year-old Swedish international is a product of the famous Brommapojkarnacademy (which is comprised of no less than 247 teams) which has produced the likes of Bojan Djordjic and John Guidetti over the years.

And according to KUMB sources, West Ham have already discussed terms with the player's current club F.C. Copenhagen regarding a potential transfer.

Having began his career with Brommapojkarna, Augustinsson - whose father Hans was also a professional footballer - moved to Gothenburg in 2013 where he was named as the nation's best left back of that season.

In Janaury 2015 he moved to his current club for an estimated €1.4 million and was part of the Copenhagen squad that won the Danish SAS Ligaen in 2015/16.

Augustinsson, who had previously represented his country at Under 17, Under 19 and Under 21 level made his full international debut against the Ivory Coast in January 2015. He was part of the squad that featured in Euro 16.
