Hammers land Chelsea in EFL Cup

West Ham have been drawn at home to Chelsea in the fourth round of the EFL Cup.

Having squeezed past League Two Accrington Stanley thanks to a last-minute Dimitri Payet free kick tonight, United's reward is a big London derby against one of the club's fiercest rivals.

And that could prove to be a logistical nightmare for stadium operators LS185, who are already under fire for the multiple safety issues that are currently plaguing the Olympic Stadium.

The visitors could bring more than 5,500 fans from west to east London for the tie, for which they are entitleds to 10 per cent of tickets, which is scheduled for the week beginning 24 October, little more than a month from now.

The full draw was as follows:

West Ham United v Chelsea
Manchester United v Manchester City
Arsenal v Reading
Liverpool v Tottenham
Bristol City v Hull
Leeds v Norwich
Newcastle v Preston
Southampton v Sunderland
