West Ham United have added a third date to their German tour.

Having already agreed to face Werder Bremen twice in 24 hours on 28 and 29 July the Hammers will also be taking on Altona 93, who featured in the Oberliga Hamburg, the fifth tier of German football (equivalent to the English conference) last season.

The game - to be staged at Altona's Adolf-Jäger-Kampfbahn stadium - has been scheduled for Tuesday, 1 August. That's just 72 hours after United's double-date with Bremen and also 72 hours ahead of the clash with Manchester City in Iceland (4 August).

Tickets for the game are prices at €10 each (standing only) and are available from the club's tour operators, ADticket. Tickets for both Bremen matches may also be purchased here.

Altona 93 were one of the original founders of the Oberliga Hamburg (then known as the Stadtliga Hamburg) in 1945, the regional league from which they were promoted earlier this year.

Next season they will play in the Regionalliga Nord - the equivalent of England's League 2.
