West Ham are being linked with a move for Caen's teenage sensation Yann Karamoh.

The 18-year-old striker only made his professional debut last August but has become virtually ever-present in the Caen side since, for whom he made 35 appearances during 2016/17.

And according to Goal, West Ham and Bundesliga side Leipzig have both expressed an interest in the Ivory Coast-born teenager.

Speaking recently, Karamoh insisted he would only move to a club where he would receive first team football. "If I had the choice, I would go to a club where I would play," he said. "I want to play. I want to go to a club where I could continue to evolve to mature in two or three years."

*West Ham are reported to have made a bid for Osmanlispor midfielder Papa Ndiaye.

That's according to haberturk.com, who claim this morning that the Hammers - who have been tracking the 26-year-old for several months - have made a bid of €10million for the player, who is also said to be interesting Crystal Palace.

And according to Nidiaye, his next destination will certainly be England. "I will definitely leave the Ottoman," he said. "My new team will be Premier League."

* In other transfer news, Bolton are reported to be preparing a double-swoop for West Ham youngsters Josh Cullen and Reece Burke.

Midfielder Cullen has been touted as a potential first team star next season, but could yet begin it on loan - with a move to the Championship favoured by West Ham. Meanwhile central defender Burke, 20, who spent part of last season on loan at Wigan, could also be involved in a potential double deal.

* Crystal Palace are the latest Premier League club to join the race to sign Manchester City youngster Kelechi Iheanacho, according to The Mirror.

The 20-year-old has been courted by both West Ham and Leicester in recent weeks, but is yet to make a decision on his immediate future. Manchester City are not currently willing to sell the 20-year-old without a favourable 'buy back' clause being part of any potential deal.

* Arsenal star Theo Walcott is set to remain at the Emirates, despite purported interest from West Ham (The Mirror).

Although the Hammers have expressed an interest in signing the hit-and-miss 28-year-old England international, his £25million asking price is unlikely to have Chairman David Sullivan rushing to push through a deal.

* Sampdoria are unlikely to follow through with their interest in West Ham's Italian defender Angelo Ogbonna.

Despite having privately expressed an interest in returning to Italy, Ogbonna is unlikely to join I Blucerchiati as they are unable to afford his wages of circa £45,000 per week.
