Goals from Andriy Yarmolenko and Marko Arnautovic - who else? - secured West Ham's first Premier League points of the current campaign at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon.And manager Pellegrini - who is celebrating his 65th birthday today - couldn't have asked for a better gift as his team served up a performance to remember.
