West Ham secured their first clean sheet of the new season thanks to a goalless draw against Chelsea in Sunday lunchtime's big London derby.

Although the game perhaps failed to live up to it's pre-match billing, both Pellegrini and Sarri will no doubt be content with a share of the spoils.

However Andriy Yarmolenko, for one, will be cursing for missing a gilt-edged chance to win the game in the closing stages when a Robert Snodgrass centre found the Ukrainian unmarked at the far post, from where he could only nod tamely wide.

West Ham, who were largely on the backfoot but still created several goalscoring opportunities could've been ahead at half time had Michail Antonio managed to convert wither one of two great chances.

However Chelsea themselves created a string of half chances, although Man of the Match Lukasz Fabianski was on top form once again to deny the high-flying Blues.
