Pre-match press conference: Manuel Pellegrini v Tottenham [video]

Manuel Pellegrini says that whilst it is far too early for a crisis, his team need to start picking up points quickly in order to recover from their poor start.

Pellegrini, speaking ahead of this weekend's big London derby against Tottenham admitted that his team had been hamstrung somewhat as a result of the dreadful start that saw them lose four successive games before picking up seven points from the next three.

However he admitted to relishing the opportunity to take part in his first West Ham v Spurs clash, which he referred to "a special game for both teams". To hear Pellegrini's thoughts in full, watch his press conference below...
