West Ham United supporters off all ages have been invited to 'Bike From Boleyn' ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash with Tottenham.

A community bicycle ride that will take participants from the site of the club's former Boleyn Ground home to the Olympic Park is scheduled to take place ahead of this weekend's big derby.

The day commences at 10am with a street festival before the procession is scheduled to depart from the Champions Statue at 12.30pm - giving riders plenty of time to make their way to Stratford, some two miles away, in plenty of time for the 3pm kick off.

"Cycling from the Champions statue to the London Stadium in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, you'll be part of a family-friendly, mass ride on a mainly off-road route along the historic Greenway," read the event page.

"This ride is ideal for those travelling to the West Ham v Tottenham match, as well as those who just want to enjoy a bike ride with friends and neighbours. It's open to anyone who can ride a bike, or are little enough to enjoy the ride from a child seat on a bike! Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult."

Cyclists have been asked to be on site by 11.45am should they need to hire a bicycle, whilst the pre-ride briefing is scheduled for 12.15pm. Organisers have urged participants not to consume alcohol prior to the event.
