Fabianski named Premier League's number one

Lukasz Fabianski has been named as the Premier League's best goalkeeper during the opening half of the 1018/19 season.
According to whoscored.com, the Polish goalkeeper has consistently performed better than any other 'keeper in the division and, as a result, has been named in the statistics website's 'best XI' from the opening half of the Premier League campaign.Fabianski is the only West Ham player to be listed; the full team is as follows:

West Ham's #1, who effectively replaced Adrian as the club's senior goalkeeper at the start of the season has been an ever present since, feayuring in all 20 of West Ham's Premier League fixtures since making his debut in a 4-0 defeat at Anfield against current league leaders Liverpool.
A free transfer following his departure from relegated Swansea at the end of last season, Fabianski is considered one of the favourite's for Player of the Year - a title he won in 2017/18 at the Welsh club, despite them falling out of the top flight.
