Pre-match press conference: Jan Siewert v West Ham Utd [video]

Terriers boss Jan Siewert says that his Huddersfield team are a 'work in progress' - and insists that his main aim is to help improve the team.

Siewart revealed that Town - who have accrued just 14 points from 30 league matches so far this season - have won just four matches in the last calendar year, as they prepare to face West Ham at the Olympic Stadium.

And although they are all but relegated already - a situation highlighted by the fact that winning every remaining game this season would still only give them 38 points - Siewart insists that his players must remain professional for the remainder of the season.

"It's easy - we don't score enough goals," he replied when asked why he felt Huddersfield had endured such a difficult season. "And the quality in the Premier League is so high that sometimes only one mistake can punish you."
