The Hammers boss believes that his team's inability to score a second goal against Arsenal was the main reason why West Ham fell to yet another home defeat.

United conceded three goals in a horrendous nine-minute second half spell despite having led 1-0 at the half time interval in their third London derby in four games.

And that latest defeat leaves the manager battling to save his job with West Ham having now collected just four points from a possible 27 whilst dropping to 16th place in the table.

"For more than 65 minutes there was only one team on the pitch," he said during his post-match press conference. "But in those cases we must try to score a second goal.

"In the last five games at home we've had just one draw and conceded three goals in each game. I am more worried about that than relegation."
