Club not brand. It's West Ham United Football Club, not an offshoot of some leisurewear manufacturer. Supporters are supposed to be at the heart of a club, without supporters clubs are nothing.
The main problem at West Ham is the so-called Board. I say so-called, because in truth it's David Sullivan's company, he's the 51% majority shareholder which means he cannot be outvoted on anything.
Does anybody think that David Sullivan hasn't asked himself whether he has taken West Ham United FC as far as he can?
On Monday, 19 February, myself and KUMB Editor Graeme Howlett attended a meeting that had been called between the club and the Real West Ham Fans Action Group at the London Stadium, to which ourselves and other WHU supporters' social media outlets such as Hammers chat, West Ham fans TV, and WHUISA had been invited.
I like Slaven Bilic - which doesn't qualify him as a good manager, but I believe he is a good person (although Laurent Blanc may not agree). He is the sort of person I'd happily spend a night in the pub chatting with. He has an engaging warmth and I believe the players like that.
I popped along today to see the nice salesman in the sales suite at Stratford Westfield shopping centre.
