Re: Late David Gold, Sullivan and Brady

I’d love to know what his thoughts are when watching us come undone in the final 20 after having no alternatives. Probably that it’s Tim and Dave’s fault for not “snappin up” a Salty special. Be interest to know if the manager or sporting director have any further involvement in the exit of a player...

Thought someone relatively well connected to him posted a couple of pages back he wasn’t asking for anywhere near 65k a week, but has been let down by the club and won’t be sticking around.

Seem to recall Vardy’s hooking his trailing leg behind the defender getting called out prompting a yellow card against us. - cut it out quite swiftly after.

I’d say bringing him on when 3-1 up against Newcastle and their makeshift defence would have been more appreciate than bringing on you know who

If I was Moyes, I’d reference 3 or 4 of the Var shambles of recent months in the next press conference. - getting column inches on the subject wouldn’t do us any harm

Re: West Ham Utd v Tottenham: match thread

BBC live updates reporting on Moyes complaining about refereeing as “he must have got out of the wrong side of the bed”. Odd that the managers of the big clubs don’t get dismissed like that. Posted in the moyes thread - can’t grumble at the last paragraph though… “The notes were written before Satu...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

From the BBC sport. David Moyes appears to have got up on the wrong side of bed on the day he wrote his programme notes for tonight's game. Referees come in for his particular ire, with Moyes referencing controversial calls in their last home game - the 1-1 draw with Aston Villa. "We have found...

Re: VAR 2023/24

*Dons tin foil hat* Interesting how the run of dodgy VAR decisions just happened to coincide at a time with us being in a position to beat Man U into sixth spot. I seem to recall a run of bad refereeing calls, particularly red cards that were subsequently rescinded, under similar circumstances duri...

Man City 0-0 Arsenal

We've been so used to seeing Arsenal play slick, entertaining goal-scoring football. This has been a different side to them. They've dug deep and they're on the brink of claiming a precious point that could prove vital at the end of the season.
