Re: West Ham Utd v Bayer Leverkusen: match thread (2nd leg)
I've never ever been one for conspiracies or the like, but that ref is either incompetent, out of his depth massively or it's a fix. What was going on vs Antonio was laughabledasnutnock3 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2024 9:57 pm We were never going to be allowed to win that, were we.

I know there's a big love in around Leverkusen at the moment but I find a lot of their players very dislikeable

Extremely dodgy Leverkusen penalty incoming, you just know he'll blow as soon as someone's slightly nudged

Slowness. Everything has to be fast, almost instantaneous, now. Shops are not close on Sundays and on most of the bank days. With VOD, you don't have to care about when something is broadcasted. When a new LP is released, you can listen to it right away wherever you are. When you're looking for som...

We're 7/1 to win so this isn't completely out of the realms of possibility.
Qarabag nearly did them over 90 mins.
As usual West Ham, just put in 100% effort and I'll be happy with whatever the outcome is.

I'd ideally love to go to places that are known for being extremely dangerous:
Haiti
Afganistan
Somalia
Libya
Iraq
But seeing as that doesn't seem possible....being an islander I'm also curious to see
Tristan da Cunha
St Helena
Pitcairn
Svalbard
Diego Garcia

My experiences couldn't be more different to that rule. Bordeaux, Lyon, Caen, La Rochelle, Nice, Tours are all splendid cities. Seconded. And I'm born 15 miles from Normandy which is generally very nice, as is most of Brittany. Paris is probably the one place I'd avoid to be honest. I have a huge a...

Re: Wolverhampton Wanderers v West Ham United - match thread
Got to love this forum. We win away from home against a team vying with us for a European place and 90% of the posts on here are complaining that Wolves were robbed. I like to think that's what separates us from other clubs - we can acknowledge and clearly see when these things happen. We'd have be...
