We now need to be on the look out for Claret and Hugh Ex or any of the the other purported ITK's to refute the Caleta-Car rumour

We shouldnt need a GK in the summer but if we do, I really rate Forest's Keeper, Samba. He looks one real cool dude.

Re: January 2022 Transfer Window

Huge gamble for Blackburn in selling their star player when he’s put them in with a great chance of promotion and the PL fortunes that would bring. Can’t see it happening in this window - nor the summer if they go up. The fact is he is out of contract in the summer and they risk losing him.on a fre...

They have to be careful about a pincer movement - an assault from the sea on one side and troops from luxury flats in Belgravia on the other.

Re: Next managerial casualty

Giving a bit more thought to Lumpy. The Watford job would've been a far better fit for him than turning to old Woy . But that says far more about that club and how it is run than Lumpy himself

Toffees calling for Lumpy, what a **** state of affairs
I don't think he's a bad manager to be fair. The Chelsea job was a huge job for a young manager with only just a couple of years" experience under his belt. But something tells me this is not the right job for him either

Re: January 2022 Transfer Window

Why would Blackburn put a massive dent in their promotion drive by selling Brereton on the last day with no time to replace him? I would have thought that getting promoted would have a bigger financial reward than anything they'd get for Brereton. If he wants the move, they may not be able to keep ...

Re: January 2022 Transfer Window

BREAKING NEWS:- Yes It really is, BBC Sport website has Moyes has now taken full personal control of our player recruitment for the last four days of this transfer window and has identified either Broja or Brereton Diaz as first choice strikers. Newman apparently has run the rule over both of them a...

Re: January 2022 Transfer Window

Mitrovic has 27 goals this season in the championship, and scored 3 in 29 games last season in the Premier League. The step up is massive. Broja has impressed me every time ive watched him play this season, he has everything to become a top striker. It is his Premier League stats and record that pu...

Re: January 2022 Transfer Window

:thdn: How much would he cost? No idea tbh. I do see him very much as a Moyes type signing and his type of player. A big burly bull of a striker, but I cant see Fulham selling him, now they are so close to getting promoted again Allhough , money talks and if we tripled his wages , he'd probably be u...

Re: January 2022 Transfer Window

Mitrovic would be a good depth addition. He’s a pretty good player who would get his fair share of goals. He would certainly provide physicality up front. Absolutely. 27 goals by end of January is some statement, however you look at it. The way he's going, he could break 40 for the season and that ...

Re: January 2022 Transfer Window

Sorry, let me rephrase that... There's no fascination... if Moyes has watched a player plenty of times and likes what he sees, that's good enough for me.... unless it's Mitrovic The Championship's leading goal scorer this season with 27 goals and he has scored some belters too. His trouble is, he h...

Bowen too. These players have ambition and will want to win silverware and to do that, they need to play with better players and you can't blame them if they leave

Re: January 2022 Transfer Window

Puff, you absolutely hate us buying 16-19 year olds from lower leagues/academies for next to nothing, but excited are by players from Equatorial Guinea? I could list a whole load of them, from Gus Poyet's boy, through Martin Samueson via Haksabanovic, up to the current day, in Mesaque Dju and we ca...
