Re: Midweek FA Cup Fixtures 4/5-2-20

Hilarious how Mourinho demands a second yellow for sterling when there was more contact on him than there was on Son, this is his character all over.

Re: Midweek FA Cup Fixtures 4/5-2-20

Oxford deserve to still be in this Holland’s goal was fantastic. Can see why him and Grady are out on loan when we’ve got Carlos Sanchez instead... :? This is the sad part about football, how can managers be scared to play youngsters when the old pros are nowhere near good enough week in week out, ...

Re: Midweek FA Cup Fixtures 4/5-2-20

Some nice touches from Nathan Holland vs Newcastle tonight without looking Prem quality imo. Has the talent like Anderson but needs a kick up the arse, doesn't use his pace enough (he showed it first half when he scuffed the shot that he raced on to), needs to work harder, be more aggressive and st...

Re: ⚽ Manchester City v West Ham United: Match thread (09/02)

….. but I'm sitting here watching Spuds and Man City and they don't look all that :scarfer: Don't know what game you are watching, they should have had 5, missed penalty, misses from two yards, tons of chances, they can't defend ( spurs scoring with their only two shots) but we don't have the playe...

Re: Sunday Supplement

Sorry for the caps: STOP GOING TO THE GAMES, STOP SPENDING MONEY, PROTEST TO GET OUR THESE MORONS OUT OF THE CLUB, STOP THINKING SHORT TERM ABOUT YOUR HISTORICAL ENJOYMENT OF GOING TO WEST HAM AND HAVING TO LOSE YOUR SEASON TICKET, IT IS A MEANS TO AN END, THEY WILL NEVER LEAVE UNLESS IT COMES TO A ...

Re: West Ham Utd's accounts: the Maguire interview

Yeah they've made a huge mistake moving stadiums, the extra income generated is far outweighed by the rise in fees and wages and not being able to use the stadium all year round as the video mentions, it has backfired, real fans are turning away in their droves, I have been to the new stadium maybe ...

Re: West Ham Utd's accounts: the Maguire interview

Regarding the average wage, this should be a wake up call about the type of players we should be signing, not the Andy Carrolls, Wilsheres and Sanchez of the world that have offered very little, look down the leagues and buy emerging talents

Re: West Ham Utd's accounts: the Maguire interview

I'd happily spend more money if the money would go on strengthening the team, I doubt it would though, sounds like we don't generate enough yet are in the top 20 clubs in the world for revenue and get outperformed by clubs all over Europe that have fantastic teams without spending stupid money on wa...

Re: Its predictor table again

I have us going down on 35 points but that's with a loss to Brighton this weekend, if we win that then they would have 34 and we will stay up on 38

Re: West Ham Utd v Liverpool: match thread

Liverpool were poor tonight and there for the taking if we wanted a go. They didn’t do anything for their win. For about three minutes we pressed them and we won the ball back each time. Then we reverted to a 5-4-1 with Haller fighting both centre halves all game. Fornals came on and played wide le...

Re: West Ham Utd v Liverpool: match thread

Watching the first half highlights, looked handball from firmino and wasn't a foul on origi.

We had a lot of balls out wide and didn't deliver a single accurate cross, must have been 6 times in good positions in the first half.

Brentford playing their reserves, Leicester weakened as well.

The cup is dead.
Yet they still managed to play far better than our first team did against Leicester, very sad indictment
