Re: Away Tickets Thread - Another year nearly complete

Oh come on mate Starting now...of course they'll struggle West Ham aways aren't new The club help with loyalty points for home cup and Europe games plus the much flawed ballot My mate missed the final by a point last season and now he's on 52 It can be done, commitment money and time There is no wa...

Re: Away Tickets Thread - Another year nearly complete

Got my first ST at the start of the 21-22 season. I will start next season 4 points off maximum It can be done. But only because of getting a lot of points from group stages of European games Someone starting doing aways now (unless a miracle happens tomorrow) probably will not get a single away le...

Re: Away Tickets Thread - Another year nearly complete

Depends how many away games you want to go to? Occasional then the only chance is the ballot (which in my opinion is flawed) Otherwise it is possible to earn points but it takes time, effort and considerable cost. But without the less appealing away European games, even effort and cost do not help ...

Re: Julian's CV

If he'd had any working brain cells he would have won a few international caps because of his undoubted ability. Unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives and at tiumes, because of his indiscipline he was a liabilty. I had the privilege of meeting Billy Bonds once some while ago and he s...

Re: Crush/Stewarding at Leverkusen.

My son said yesterday that the train doors are fitted with a laser that won’t close if obstructed. As people were clearly hanging out the doors at every station this resulted in time being wasted until it could move off. With so many police on board you would have thought they could have dealt with...

Re: Crush/Stewarding at Leverkusen.

Our group were on a train at Cologne at 6.30 but the police held it there for at least half an hour to presumably fill up. It then crawled to Leverkusen Mitte and arrived just before 8pm - for what should have been around a 15 minute journey. After the 15 or so minute walk we finally got in the Bay...

Does anyone know of any sports bars/pubs/Irish pubs in Leverkusen for this evening?
It does not seem like the most exciting place :hush:

Re: Away Tickets Thread - Another year nearly complete

I saw the post at 9 this morning about 91 Chelsea tickets remaining. I had two thoughts, how the hell does some one get to know that info , and secondly I’m never going to get a ticket with my 37pts. I got my ticket at just after 5, so clearly a few left for those still waiting. On my points I have...

For people already in Dusseldorf, where would you be likely to watch the Champions League games tonight?

I suppose quite local - and also probably the smallest allocation of tickets that actually has a ballot

But I thought it would go quite a bit lower myself

To be fair, the bloke said 20 yards from the pitch - maybe Gold just trusted him without doing any measuring and was as shocked as the rest of us in the first game

Re: Away Tickets Thread - The European Scramble......continues

This makes for interesting reading now. 73% of maximum points for this whereas Bournemouth went to 89%, Luton 92% and Brentford 76%. So it's maybe not beyond the realms of possibility that we do actually have that many on 51+ I think we do have that many on high points This (1790) basically sold ou...
