Re: England -v- Brazil (C4 from 1900)

Why? He’s been turned over by any team remotely competitive? His best victory was against a terrible German side and that was only down to a Thomas Muller uncharacteristic miss. Bloke is a fraud with arguably the second best European squad around behind France. We’ve never had it so good in 60 year...

Around half of that debt is related to long term financing of stadium builds. And almost a third is held by one club.

Much healthier picture with all the info.
Debt is debt, whichever way you cut it. Which club is 1.8 billion in debt?

xG West Ham 2.35, Villa 0.86

Only 1 team did enough to win that today and it wasn’t Villa.

Yeah let’s forget goals at Brighton, Spurs and the fact he is leading the charts in the whole league for chances created.

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

I constantly lose perspective with Moyes as a couple of things trigger me. I’m working through it… If we could defend properly we’d be 4th. Lots of criticism has been thrown at Moyes, mainly around possession, setting us up defensively, not giving it a go etc etc but his biggest failing is our defe...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

I’ve pretty much always looked at the bigger picture with Moyes. It’s amazing what happens when he has all his best players back fit. We’d not scored more than 97 since 1980, admittedly more games, but 1980 we were 2nd tier

Kalvin Phillips a prime example of what happens when you barely play in a year. He is a good player and will come again but can we give him the minutes so he gets back to his best?

I’m talking over a long period of time in reality not just the last 5 games. We scored 97 goals in 2023 and are currently at 66 goals this season alone.
