Re: Taxi for Karren ? Is one due ?

Apparently we're a relegation away from serious financial trouble and we give our MD a 25% pay rise.

Shrewd.

Re: Little things that irritate you

I was thinking that! Unless you live alone or the only one to eat that loaf and you only ever take an even number at a time, how the hell do you keep track? We keep the bread frozen and every morning Mrs Eggs asks me to get 2 slices out sort she can make sandwiches with them. Quite often ther...

A rip-roaring 'three cheers' is called for, surely?

It begins with C, but it certainly isnt Cheers.

Re: WH Holding Ltd accounts released

The near £55mil in unsecured loans from the Directors @4.25% int look a big noose to me. Repayment date for those loans in 1/1/2024. Visible exit timetable right there. Hope we're bankrupt by then. I'd rather watch us over Hackney Marshes with nothing to our name rather than line their pockets furt...

I've genuinely never heard of him.

Sad news that a man and his daughter should perish that way though. :(

Re: Protests against the board being planned

I’ve snapped mate. At the start of this season I was still a little open to major changes being possible to improve things however naive or optimistic that was - improving the matchday, investing in players, sacking Brady I reckon there's thousands like you mate...... "I'll give them one more seaso...

Never hear managers complain about the amount of meaningless fixtures in the Champions League?

Re: David Sullivan - Has he taken us as far as he can ?

I've heard Big Sam was sticking the boot in on the radio this morning.

This is snowballing in a bad way for our ownership right now.

Ex managers, ex players, the media all coming out against them. It's all gone a bit Weinstein for them.

Every damning article from inside or from outsiders seem to be spot on in their analysis. They can't all be wrong can they?

Two posts in and already attempting to derail the positive progress Hammers Utd have been making. Interesting.
I reckon it'll turn nasty without posts like that.

Will static/quiet protests be enough to appease the masses?

Joe Cole, bang on, as usual.
He knows.

Doubt he'll get to show that passion in our dug out with these owners though Som.

Re: Tourists

I think you're confused, tourist doesn't mean West Ham fans who don't attend every week they mean tourists, going to a game because it's the premier league and it's London, no affiliation to the club, probably don't even care who's playing. Exactly this. My one and only game this season, I had two ...

It seems to me that there has been a real improvement in the mood and activity on kumb in recent weeks. :scarfer: Some of the comments about our players, manager and board are outstanding. Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

Thinking about the players for a second......

If you were in a job where your manager gets relieved of his duties because the owners think he's not good enough, only for them to reappoint him 18 months later, would you have any respect for the owners or the manager?

Personally I wouldn't.

Lanzini again?!

This **** ain't learning. Stern glaswegian's may have done the business 10-15 years ago, but we need more than that now.

Seriously lacking as Sullivan rightly said 18 months ago.

Anyone heard his commentary on TV and Radio?

On the radio, he's provocative and more annoying than Boycott.

Yet, on TV he comes across pretty articulate and reasonable. :o
