Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions

Leffe blonde and Stella are hardly premium beers either. Can you please tell me the football grounds you've been to that sell these 'premium' beers? Anything is better than carlsberg! Are you also unhappy with the food, your seat view, Brady and leaving Upton Park?

Re: Atmosphere at the stadium

I was at the anniversary games last weekend and the acoustics for noise are great. When Mo Farah was finishing the 1500M it was noisy and that's an athletics crowd.

Re: Sunderland V West Ham: Match thread

If you're referring to his stray pass that set up their goal, that's no excuse. Like Noble vs Norwich both are equally to blame putting the team in **** at the time. They both should accept that and I think they do, Payet was visably busting a gut trying to retrieve his own shocking misplaced pass k...

Re: Sunderland V West Ham: Match thread

Payet is different class, he picks the passes that the recipient is not expecting to receive and often the ball then gets away from them. If the players surrounding him can get on his wavelength we could be very dangerous. Thought we lacked serious width yesterday and it seems all our play is instru...

Re: Mark Noble - West Ham Legend ?

Anyone who does not rate Noble is foolish for the size of our club. Did you not see how the midfield fell totally apart when he went off last weekend? So much of what he does goes unnoticed, constantly moving and applying pressure which is as important as a killer pass or a great dribble. Shocking f...

Re: January 2015 Transfer Window - News & Rumours

Is he better than Nolan? Yes he is, better than Poyet? Currently yes. Fletcher is a decent midfielder who is happy to take the ball and move with it at his feet something for instance our captain does not want to do, he is industrious, frustrates the oppositions midfield but also can play. It's an i...

Re: 23/2/12 SAB Olympic consultation

I have a law degree but the amount I put it to use is another thing but I'm sure that if you are leasing somewhere and do work to it that significantly increases its appearance and value etc if ever sold all that is taken into account.

Re: The 5 year ST Loyalty scheme

I find this whole thing a bit laughable to be completely honest. Unlike most clubs West Ham have not increased the season ticket price. The promise of cheaper tickets was made by the previous board who I will remind those who have a very short memory ruined our club and put it into over 100 millions...

Re: West Ham United v Reading: Match Thread

I always read the forum but rarely post today however is one of such days. I am very surprised at the lack of opposition to BFS, looking at the wages of our team in comparison to the others as well as the number of supposed 'international players' and the money thrown at Sam in the windows I persona...

Re: West Ham v Nottingham Forest match thread

What shocks me and has done for the past few seasons since i have noticed it is that Arsenal sinply cannot cope with long balls over the top of their central defenders they are exposed on so many occasions to this and yet it baffles me why teams are not set up to do just that.
