Re: ⚽ Liverpool v West Ham United:Match thread (24/02)

This is going to be a car crash. I just can’t see anything other than a total hiding. Probably with a red card thrown in and suspect penalties as Liverpool players fall over in the box should they get breathed on. Hats off to the travelling fans who are putting in the miles to go and cheer the team ...

Re: Trial seperation

I go to almost every Bristol Rugby home game. I love it. I could quite easily give up football for good and just watch rugby Where are you APD? We are in the Dolman I’m all over the place bristolhammer, most usually in the South Stand, but recently tried the ‘new’ West Stand after a stint in the At...

Re: Trial seperation

I must confess, I’ve been cheating.

I’ve been going to Bristol Rugby instead. Drink beer in the stands, can actually see the pitch and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being in a real stadium.

I’ve not missed the London Stadium, though the Boleyn is a place that will live with me forever. :crest:

Hindsight is easy but we sold byram to a premier league club norwich for the price we bought tim breaker for from luton 20 years ago our transfer policy is an absolute joke
It seems like yesterday, as for some reason I really liked Tim, but we bought him THIRTY years ago in 1990.

Re: Reliving the moment

Would love a repeat of the Liverpool result.

Funnily enough, I fancy us to unexpectedly get a result at Anfield this year.

And then get relegated.

It would be so West Ham.

Re: Protests against the board being planned

Went from a stadium that would have been barely fit to hold an athletics event. To a stadium that held the Olympic Games. Of course, because every football club thinks first and foremost about whether the stadium can successfully hold major athletics events before signing off plans for a new stadiu...

Here we go again, KUMB servers are on the go slow.

I’m offski. I just can’t deal with the delay on match days anymore.

Hopefully back to normal a few hours after the game finishes. Maybe try again late tonight.

Re: Protests against the board being planned

It has to be us demanding that the club is listed for sale at a fair and reasonable price, on the assumption that the incumbents have failed to deliver upon their promises and have alienated the fanbase through gross incompetence and fabrication. I think this would render the whole protest pointles...

Re: ⚽ West Ham United v Bournemouth: Match thread (01/01)

It wasn’t about the manager - It’s been a long old road and I was expecting the worst. As I said the first 15 mins were abysmal - the crowd had lots of gaps in it - more day trippers today then any other game this season. Loads of kids and families. Really pleased it ended up with a good win but wa...

Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

By the way we are currently 11th for wages, behind Southampton (!), Crystal Palace, Leicester, Everton, Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City and, the biggest spender, Man Utd. Out of interest, where are you getting these figures from? If they are from last year, you could probably argue we ...

Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

I had never thought that West Ham fans were ungracious and unfair before. For 40 years I’ve always loved that we had the sense to appreciate the trier, however unfashionable. What is West Ham but the spiritual home for the trier and the underdog? Great post Ding. Fortune is always hiding, and I kno...

Re: Manager 18 - David Moyes: yes or no? [POLL]

A no from me.

With Wenger, Pochettino, Emery and countless other good managers out there we need to get someone decent in.

And don’t go for Eddie Howe. His star is fading fast and will be the next manager out of the door if he doesn’t find form quickly.

Alan Pardew's Dad » Tue May 22, 2018 6:51 pm I just don't see this appointment as being what the club needed and seems like an appointment by Sullivan just to shut the fans up for a bit.
