I’m **** at away games
Sat in the home end between 2 Spud mates
Obiang hits it and all I can do is jump up, punch the air then sit down and laugh my head off
Oh - and £10 bet at 9-1

Re: Manchester United vs West Ham United match thread
The new signings look good. Chicharito is playing with intelligence - if he cant release the ball ge will draw a foul. Masuaku, Reid, Noble all playing well. Obiang getting caught if he holds the ball too long - Matic is on him very quick. I think Bilic will open it up gradually through 2nd half. Ke...

Re: Liverpool v West Ham United: Match Thread
Like so many others......... I have waited a long time for this day. I was born in 65 so have never been able to enjoy a win at Anfield before now. My best buddy at school was an LFC fan and we are best mates even today - so I have had 45 years+ of (friendly) abuse from him. I almost don't know how ...

Re: Gold/Sullivan Stick or Twist
Well I applaud that statement from UTJ - well done. I would also like to especially support the part which gives credit to Sullivan and Gold for being approachable and willing to communicate to the fans. There are a dozen or so very verbal contributors on here who have done nothing but throw insults...

Re: Arsenal v West Ham United: Match Thread
I thought that the big difference today was the pressure that we put on the ball when Arsenal had possession . That energy meant we did not sit back and defend too much (Big Sam style). That is the future for the West Ham Way !!! It is also a more European style IMHO
Well done Slaven !!

Re: Arsenal v West Ham United: Match Thread
But Billydinho is right. The last few days of on-line stress have not been fun for many WH fans to read. I am not gonna score cheap points by dragging up some of the negative, derogatory comments that have been posted here in the last week but it has not been pretty!! Let's rise above that people! P...

Re: Gold/Sullivan Stick or Twist
Seems to me that many of you wanting to Twist have totally unrealistic expectations . You're only happy if the Daves blow every penny they have on foreign superstars because after all it's not about the money its about culture/passion/history/whatever. I really hope our chairmen are never daft enoug...

I had not seen enough of Maiga to have an opinion before tonight - now I feel as if I have seen too much of him! He must know this is not working - time to go Zarate has some great skills but too lightweight for Prem - look to move on Nolan - great professional and leader but again time may be up Ja...

Proper football stadium at Stratford - a big Yes
Otherwise - No
The architect chappie was correct when he said that the athletics training track is the athletics legacy - exactly as was done at Sydney
