Re: Sam's ear
Yeah, this was the night he lost me for good. I thought he had been pretty good for us until then although like Moyes he always kept the fans at an arms distance. Always resentfully referred to the supporters as 'them'. But that night against Hull I was done with him.

Re: Trump
So, bitterNY, question for you, is the Republican party finally going to officially separate into 2 parties? MAGA/Christian Nationalists and GOP along with RINO's. I'm not sure enough is being said about the Christian Nationalists. They quietly occupy the highest seats in the military and in Congres...

Kick offs were a hugely ...

Re: Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeit
I'm guessing they stopped traffic just a few seconds before. footage is sped up, but you can see there were more vehicles crossing. I think if traffic had been stopped on purpose they would have got the construction workers out of there. https://twitter.com/EmekaGift100/status/1773048549619515786/v...

Re: Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeit
If it had collided a half a minute earlier there would have been far more casualties. There were cars and big rigs crossing at the time.

Re: Netflix and Amazon Video
I'm 4 episodes in, and God hasn't played a roll yet at all. It was mentioned early but not revisited. Through 2 and a half books of the trilogy and religion plays no part whatsoever. EDIT: I should clarify that. In the trilogy religion does play a minor role, but not in the way you'd suppose. They u...

Re: Trump
Is he selling MAPA hats yet? If not they're missing a trick. $60 for a Trump endorsed/blessed Bible and 10% off a MAPA hat as a bonus.

Re: Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeit
Apparently a pilot was aboard, they're in charge when entering or leaving port. I love the way news organisations are falling over themselves to find bridge engineers and container ship experts, Talk radio have even dug up a RN captain to explain how the sea is wet and moves about a bit. Watching i...

If enough players play 7/10, you win. Nice work Jarrod.

Be glad when bowen, paq and Co are all back safely. Hate international breaks Wasn't it England that put Jarrod out of commission for a while last time he was in the squad? Good luck to him regardless. Knock on wood he gets through in tact and having represented himself proudly. Don't think the gam...

Guitarist wankathon, and I'm here for it. Props to the person who untangled and tagged who is who. That's an impressive list. Great cause as well.
Side note. This was Jeff Beck's last studio recording ever. RIP.

Re: Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeit
There were construction vehicles on the bridge and there were people in them. I don't think they've been located yet. You can see them with blinking yellow lights on their cab. That would be terrifying, and then horrifying if they didn't escape. It looked like there were no tugs guiding the ship out...
