Re: ⚽ West Ham Utd v Leeds Utd: match thread

It certainly wasn’t our attackers or midfield. So it leaves 5 players. I disagree entirely, our midfield was largely anonymous apart from the odd spell in the second half. As for our attackers, Antonio was bloody awful and Bowen was also way below his best . I can't really think of anyone apart fro...

Re: Leeds in the league or the FA cup

Who gives a toss about Budget. Could not care less. Winning the FA Cup is something that will stay with you as a fan for rest of your life and as part of the club's history forever. This clubs history is steeped in memories of the FA Cup starting with the White Horse final, the War Cup right throug...

I do not want to see Diop wearing a West Ham shirt again.
You may have a point, but Diop wasn't responsible for our defeat today was he?

The only hope is that it's fitness related, but I'll be honest that I'm not seeing £20m+ difference between him and Masuaku on that left side.
You could even argue that Masuaku is far more creative.
Not sure where this leaves Vlasic.

Re: The Mental Health Thread - (Help Contacts in First Post).

I think I'd almost certainly follow my son if he killed himself. I wouldn't be able to cope, I'm sure of that. Thinking on it right now, the rational part of me is saying, "Well, what about your wife? Your daughter? Your mum?" , but I can't imagine I'd be thinking especially rationally in...

Still think we are the best club he will play for. Too many issues within his game to progress further.
For instance?

Re: Relegation thread 2021-22

Selling Wood is a remarkable gamble, but I still back Burnley to finish out of the bottom three. Not sure they had any choice in the matter proph. As for Burnley, they haven't done a thing this season to make me think they have anything in them to get out of it. Things of course can change quickly.

Re: Relegation thread 2021-22

Newcastle have still only won 1 match all season and Trippier and Chris Wood ain't gonna make any difference and they can throw money around like is gone out of fashion , nobody any good is gonna go there. So their down along with Norwich and Burnley too And yet Puff they are still only two points ...

Re: ⚽ West Ham Utd v Norwich City: rescheduled match thread

I think it's always the case that no matter how well you are doing every team always seems to have at least one pantomime villain. It's like people make their minds up that this person or that person is rubbish and in an attempt to justify their comments they look for every single mistake this playe...

Re: Welcome, Jarrod Bowen

Southgate desperately hoping Rashford, Greenwood, Sterling, and Sancho, do something... anything, between now and the next selection, to justify their inevitable call ups... Waistcoat wa*nker! And despite you saying that Bowen is a poor finisher, it's still better then all those mentioned above rig...

Absolute joke if he doesn’t get an England call up.
I hope he doesn't personally.
Gives him a bit of a break every now and then and keeps him a little bit away from the front of the shop window.

Hasn't been working on my Android phone for last couple of days despite constantly clearing cookies etc One interesting fact is that before I clear cookies it tells me there are 184 of them from Kumb, I then clear them and check again and there are still the same number. :short: If I'm struggling to sleep I imagine that I'm watching cricket... IF I'm struggling to sleep I try and imagine a VAR scenario with them trying to disallow one of our goals in as many ways as possible. I'm normally back to sleep within 10 minutes even though Var still hasn't made a decision.

Re: ⚽ West Ham Utd v Leeds Utd: match thread

Think that’s fair comment Aztec. Not sure about the squaring off of the West Stand. I listened to that Committee vid and they spoke of changes but not reconfiguration. Hard to see how they could with the rake. The BML is better and safe standing would make it better still, but the view from behind ...

A bigger mystery is why the f*ck someone would play him as a left winger.. that's not his game, at all.
We should put a cheeky £10 million bid in for him.
He clearly wants away.

Re: Away Tickets - Leicester on sale 44+ pts now

Awarding one point for a home game let alone two points is a farce. I agree, but not as much of a farce as giving a point per game for being in the auto-cup scheme thing, when did they announce that as a factor? They will be giving points next for spending money in the club shop. And for anyone tha...

Re: ⚽ West Ham Utd v Leeds Utd: match thread

Although I agree the atmosphere from us was poor ,the place did not suck the life out of Leeds fans. You get out what you put in and yesterday it was poor but there have been plenty of game this year that it has been good. Have we had a decent FA cup atmosphere at the new place? A combination of th...
