I don’t get how Everton looked fitter - what were we doing during the international break?
I said this during the Palace game, we looked absolutely ****ed from 70 minutes onwards.

A real concern.

Re: ⚽ Everton v West Ham United: Match Thread

I think Rice has been poor a lot this season. Today, he was not our worst player, but only because Fornals and Lanzini were pub league standard. Rice had some blame on the first goal and a lot on the second, and bar a half hour either side of half to he was horrible in possession. Wilshere did noth...

Re: ⚽ Everton v West Ham United: Match Thread

We are not as good as we think we are.. Been awful for the last 4 games, there is no difference between this side and the team from last year. We will finish 10th-15th the dildo brothers and Queen Karren will take their money and the same will happen over and over again.. This mob are happy to keep...

If we don’t get a win against Sheff Utd the pellegrini will be under pressure.
He won't.

Re: ⚽ Everton v West Ham United: Match Thread

Fornals is really struggling to adapt to Premiership life.

His price tag was meant to have been bit of a bargain when we signed him....

Re: ⚽ Everton v West Ham United: Match Thread

A massive gamble letting Adrian go, even if we did save money. Certainly not looking worth it now.

Still 1-0 though, hopefully get to half time and revaluate.

Does Karren really believe there is a date at some point in the future she will be able to declare "victory" ?
I mean she has taken the piss so far with no fightback, so I imagine she does.

Re: Robert Snodgrass signs

One of many who has never performed with Scotland. Seems to have thrown bit of a paddy after being left out of the San Marino side. Odd time to do it, whilst it most likely won't happen, Scotland can still qualify for the Euros. By the looks of things they would face Bulgaria at home in the Semi Fin...

Great stuff, my dad made me clean, apply dubbin and polish my boots every week after football and theyd last me all season looking decent.
Same here, and I must admit that I still use it fairly often on work shoes. Keeps the leather soft, and brings a decent shine.

Re: Czech Republic vs England

Not sure I buy the whole picking players on form thing.

Pickford, Rose, Keane, Maguire, Kane all had pretty poor starts to the season, yet find themselves in the starting eleven.

Obviously you want a bit of consistency, but some of those players last night looked nothing short of abysmal.

Re: The Non Racist Crap Joke Thread

A horse walks into a bar and orders a drink. The bartender says "Hey you're in here a lot. Do you think you might be an alcoholic?" The horse replies "I don't think I am." And poof. Disappears from existence. Now that joke is a reference to the philosopher Descartes and his famous line "I think, the...

Re: VAR - yes or no ?

At the moment its all going against us, but they say things even themselves out over a season, so if we're 1-0 up against spurs, arse or the victims and they score a goal in the last minute that is ruled out for the thickness of a fag paper then I'll be happy, I won't be holding my breath though Do...

Re: ⚽ West Ham United v Crystal Palace: Match Thread

Why do we nearly always look so laboured and lethargic? It seems to have been a common theme for quite a few years now, under 4 or 5 managers. It is something that has me scratching my head. Why do the opposition, again nearly always, look fitter and stronger than us? Said the same thing, apart fro...

Re: ⚽ West Ham United v Crystal Palace: Match Thread

I haven't read the thread yet but does anyone else think we should play two strikers in certain home games? Haller is good but floating passes to him when he is surrounded by three or four defenders isn't the best tactic. I mentioned earlier, that while there is no denying the lad is a fantastic pl...

Palace are bang bang average and unfortunately so are we
Very effective in what they do though, especially away from home. Stifle play anytime the opposition start getting a bit of momentum. They bullied us towards the end of that game.

Re: ⚽ West Ham United v Crystal Palace: Match Thread

This is Nobles last year as a West Ham player. No way he plays every game this season. Way too slow now. We need a replacement and fast. Our midfield is going to be ****ed next season if Rice goes, and we still try and play Noble every game. I love him to bits, but enough's enough. We should be sma...

Re: ⚽ West Ham United v Crystal Palace: Match Thread

Hmm. I think I’ll start watching football again when the FA realise that VAR is ****ing shyte and not fit for purpose, and get rid of it. RIP football. It got the right decision? No denying Haller is a very good striker, but I am not so certain he is the man who fits our style of play. Cuts a very ...
