Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

You can’t make sweeping changes in a match when the quality on the bench is unlikely to make any improvements.

All that time he was starting the poor performing Benny replacing him with Fornals or Lanzini had a very low expectation of any improved chance creation or accurate shot on goal.

Re: Your childhood

I did shellfish duty on Sunday mornings around 11.45.

Had to intercept the horse and cart taking all manner of shellfish to sell at the local pub in Romford.

For our tea.

Thank you Mushy.
I’ve been lead to believe that the Man is necessary to counter
any defensive measures taken by the product owners.

Once you have bought the item, I believe around £50 quid, wont you need some quite sophisticated advice re programming the device?

Everyone I speak to has a "man" who provides access to the necessary apps and charges an annual 55/90 quid p.a. ?

Re: Books you are reading

Burnley…
Hope you’re not still deliberating over which one to read!

I don’t know many of from your list but would give a huge shout for trying the Bill Bryson book if you don’t know his work.
Always informative and entertaining.

Re: West Ham Utd V Burnley: match thread - 10.03.24

Alvarez and Antonio came on at half time. Ings got a longer run out than usual, came on at 82 mins so got the last 8 plus a long 8 mins of added on time. Actually looked very lively and probably had his best game for us since he bagged two versus Forest last season after he joined. Thank you.Couldn...

Is £65k really the norm for a fringe player for a mid table team?

The world’s gone mad.

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

Odds were 7/2 against us finishing bottom half before the Bournmouth draw a month ago.

Now 3/5 ON !

That accurately reflects our current form and other than the return of Paq I can't see where any improvement will come from.

I am reading about the Norman invasion 1066 and wonder why Harold with an Army exhausted after a victory in Yorkshire went the extra miles to meet William at Hastings instead of regrouping outside of London,
