Re: The Mental Health Thread - (Help Contacts in First Post).

I never had a 'someone' to listen to all my bs about my problems, friends always came and went, the stage where I have no friends for a while is the toughest one for me, also don't even talk about family cause they are the reason I want to talk to someone else in the first place... Either way I'm ma...

I usually run in the gym for 10 minutes and I manage to get 2 km in, is that good for an amateur?

Re: The Mental Health Thread - (Help Contacts in First Post).

I love having a thread like this where you can share your story and not feel judged. I've always had serious anxiety issues and these would often lead to panic attacks. The worst part about it is that anything could trigger this for me, and I would live my life expecting something bad to happen. The...

Re: Feedback please

I like it. It's clear and I understand what it is about, which not so many sites actually do. Just a remark about the contact details: they're not actionable which is somewhat the expected standards nowadays from a mobile device. I reckon it's an easy fix and it would probably help you to raise sig...

Re: Feedback please

Looks great, Did you design it yourself? I have a problem with my website in that it looks a bit amateur but I have problem trusting a designer and also need to be able to update it myself. I was thinking about using someone from FIVERR I did, yeh. I basically use a blank Wordpress theme then build...

A few of my customers are suffering in their businesses which impacts on my business so I have taken a bit of time to re-build my site and start a marketing campaign soon. I just want it to look like I have half an idea what I am doing lol. Does this look OK to you? Cheers https://spottypenguin.com/

Re: Cheap lunch-at-work ideas, subscriptions etc

Cook some jacket potatoes at home, take 1 or 2 the net day and a can of beans / tuna / cheese / whatever you want in there. You can cook up scrambled eggs in the pinger; you could cook porridge (I quite often have that for lunch on cold days). Can of soup in the micro; the cheap 2min rice from whate...

Thanks everyone. It's just so bloody sad. She lost her Nan in March after having Dementia for a few years and all our time was dedicated to looking after her. She should get a break for everything she did but, no, this.

Mrs being tested for Pancreatic Cancer

What the title says really. She had an MRI last Friday, an endoscopy due this week. Long story short she has had all sorts of issues since having Pancreatitis about 5-6 years ago. She should have been having regular scans, lots of mess ups NHS side (not least of which putting someone else's phone nu...

I have a quandry. Sadly my Mrs' Nan passed away last Thursday after that prick Dementia got the better of her. (At least she is at peace now). Anyway, my Mrs' brother did literally nothing to help with care, he tricked their Nan into writing a will that says he gets 50% of whatever remains after wha...
