Re: Israel
Right. Except that Netanyahu doesn't like being told what to do by anyone. He's the wild card. The thing is as soon as the heat is off on the whole tit for tat escalation the light is shining brightly on Netanyahu and his governments management of this including the lead up to 7th Oct which is goin...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!
Such is the entrenchment I have seen stats on both sides of the debate dismissed or downplayed. It seems that we are going to have a new manager for next season hopefully we can have a trench free amnesty at least till Christmas ( no chance I know unless we are top 3 with champagne football ).

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!
One of my long-time footballing convictions that is based on nothing of substance – genuinely nothing – except vibes and bad juju is that Fonseca and us would be a bad marriage. Given that one of my others is that Jonathan David would struggle here, we might very well get to test both if Fonseca ge...

Re: Israel

Just out of interest PP what was your take on the Israeli bombing, obliteration, of the Iranian consulate in Damascus?? Legitimate because it was Iran that was t...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!
Look at the bench we had. We’re playing with a hang tied behind our back. There’s no way we should that amount of youth players in a European semi final. It’s a joke. Creswell, Antonio. Moyes has done an incredible job. Whilst there is little doubt that some of our squad issues are at Sullivans doo...

Re: Wolverhampton Wanderers v West Ham United - match thread
I dont recall an offside if you think that the keeper can save it clause. The term is interfering with play, you cannot say that the wolves player standing in front has no impact at all to either sight or mobility, Fabianski cannot move forward and there has to be some impact to vision with someone ...

Re: A Statue For Harry Kane (non WHU)
I read the article in the Guardian and it has been shelved as they don't know where to put it. Chingford station was mentioned and discounted as a health and safety risk as it would be targeted by rival fans. Maybe visions of crowds forming singing who the f**cking hell are you ( supposed to be ) or...

Not our kid anymore, but one from the past who seems to be dropping down the leagues.. https://www.gazette-news.co.uk/sport/football/24177967.former-colchester-striker-freddie-sears-joins-braintree/ Guess it shows all these next best things how hard it is to get a career at the very top!
