Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

I do seriously question his stomach for a fight. He showed none whatever when manager of Sunderland, just seemed to accept their fate. He does now have far better players now than he managed then, but he has to get them to battle and that is the biggest problem he has. Does he have the stomach for ...

Re: Other Games March 17th - 20th

As a football club pretending to be a part of the big 6? Banter. Of all the clubs who’d have genuinely benefited, at least in terms of their horrible fanbase and their sense of entitlement and status, from a superleague happening, none would have competed with that lot. Turning up en masse, midweek...

Re: Other Games March 17th - 20th

I feel like when you've been there a year this is probably your own fault. He also seems to have failed to do any homework. “Spursy” is a title that exists for a reason. Finishing 4th and playing champions league teams and being Tottingham is all their dribbly part time Peters want. Some one should...

Slav was positive, played positive football, wasn’t particularly elderly.

It’s not gonna change the funding or any of the other stuff.

Triffic.

Mind you, I’d still take his time here over Alan Curbishley and his “exciting” second half of the second season.

Re: The Sack Race 2022/2023

If Palace bring in Hodgson, then be prepared for the 29th April to produce potentially the worst game of football in our clubs history. Or that of the premier leagues for that matter.

 I think you're a bit right and a bit wrong so to speak. as someone who went to Belgium for the last final which was amazing to be fair, I'd like the younger lads (younger, I'm bloody 74 so that encompasses a HUGE age range !!!! :crylol: ) also to experience some success. We get to enjoy it in...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

I know its not the most prestige of cups Matt Keep reading this, it’s absolutely infuriating. It’s had one winner, its inaugural final was Roma versus Feyenoord, half the teams who end up in it drop down from the Europa League. We’re one of a handful of English teams still likely to win European si...

It for sure won't change my mind on Moyes. I feel sorry for you Matt. We follow the same club, but with completely different outlooks and ambitions. I feel like 38 years of attendance have brought sod all reward. Some lovely football, some great days out, some unbeatable history and family heritage...
