Re: Going Forward.-Hammers United.

Does no one care anymore? Personally & despite being a however long season ticket holder (1983. So: donkeys) I’m nowhere near to going back to games on a regular basis or dealing with that level of “normality” yet. I wish that wasn’t the case, I could probably be labelled a snowflake for sudden...

Quite sickening isn't it. Hope you are keeping well mate. 👍 Yeah all good my old mucker. Hope life’s treating you alright? Gonna buy you a long awaited pint this summer if we’re not locked down again mate! Some of my in-laws are lifelong Arse STH’s and they’re ****ing embarrassed by the way Arteta ...

Since the Burnley fiasco I think they've been decent.
They was certainly clever and quick in how they managed to divide and conquer punters with a few promises of architects and donations.

Both those are fantastic, but not directly taken. I've always loved this one from Cubillas. Outside of the right foot, round the wall, near post. Quality.

Classic Sweaty goalkeeping too

Re: Top Reds

I find the people who select sports teams due to their success ie Manchester United, then also support Barcelona, Juve, PSG, then the top NBA team, top NFL team, have a personally defect It’s the ones that also religiously support individual players too that get me. Twitter is a creepy unpleasant w...

Re: Other Games 14/1-17/1

Top quality manager though. Gutted he is there tbh, genuine world class manager. Bloke was banned for match fixing. He’s an Italian George Graham without the Scottish charm. Won’t last long at Spurs anyway. The odd dramatic win doesn’t change the fact he likes his tactical stuff to be tight and dul...

It’s concerning the amount of luck Conte has got so far. Surely must run out at some point.
It’s Spurs. He’ll have been sacked this time next season

Brentford are ****ing frustrating

Re: Is now a good time for the season to be suspended?

The fact Spurs' have so many games in hand is down to other clubs, requesting games be called off, not planning by them, equally I think Tottenham would actually like to appeal being removed from Europe but probably won’t or can’t now because they have no free dates for the games. I read this with ...

Re: Is now a good time for the season to be suspended?

Hate that I’m in agreement with the Chelsea manager this evening. Brighton unquestionably have gained fresh legs and therefore points from the postponement of games v Man U & Spurs.

Now confirmed that Burnley have sacked off their next game too due to injuries and lack of players.

Selling them to relegation rivals is OK though despite already not having enough.

Re: Times we were really rubbish.

There's an alternate universe where we all had to hang around after this game to hear Mark Noble tell us "this club ain't not run like a circus no more". I have regular nightmares about it. Yet this was from the season that we destroyed Anfield, took them apart at the Etihad, beat the Ars...

Re: Michail Antonio: club legend?

Legends for me are your Billy Bonds, Bobby Moores and Trevor Brookings of this world. Does Michail belong in that category? No from me. He's more a cult hero than legend imo. All lads no one under the age of 35 ever got to see play, Tommy. I suspect much of the opinion on Antonio and his ilk and th...

70% of our existence. / thread :smiler:
In recent memory, we actually had a few seasons in a row where it felt like Scott Parker was legitimately the only lad who it felt could actually control, trap or pass the ball. We were truly desperate.
