I just wished they went another direction with his appearance and not made him look like they were struggling with the budget of a Children’s BBC show circa. 1986.

Re: What did you watch last night?

While it is for the most part a very good film do you know what lets Longlegs down? Nicholas Cage’s godawful makeup. It’s just borderline Bo Selecta! in its comedic vibe.

Re: 🕹️ What are you playing right now?

Just downloaded Cyberpunk on PS plus. Haven't played yet - understood there was a lot of bugs to start. Thinking broadly of jacking in the subscription, for 70 quid a year if I get two decent games it seems worth it. It’s a great addition on PlayStation Plus. Vastly improved since it’s supposed wre...

Re: What did you watch last night?

The Running Man (Glaser, 1987) IS pure trash garbage. I mean it's still fun. In a way. But let's not kid ourselves here: it's a bright, flashing bauble of crap. Sits proudly on my DVD shelves here at casa.caress. I’ll take a truckload of cheesy 80’s garbage for the vast majority of pap I’ve had to ...

I love how Bennett survived not only being electrocuted but became invigorated and gained enhanced strength.

So very realistic.

A lot of work to do, but we go again against Burnley which is surely a 6-pointer at this stage.

Keep that momentum.

Re: What did you watch last night?

Its a part of an interesting trilogy:

X
Pearl (prequel and origin story)
Maxxxine (follow up to X, not got round to seeing so unsure if it’s direct sequel or a standalone)

I enjoyed the first two a lot so I should try to finish the trilogy in the coming weeks.

watched it the other day, well actually spread over 3 nights so that should say something about it... filled in an hour or so a night. Scarlett Johansson is probably the best part of it... as you say mate, nothing that hasn't been done before in any of the other films, in fact it probably steals bi...

Jurassic World Rebirth It's amazing how a film series this tired and starved of ideas is still making $900m at the box office. But here we are. There are some nice moments but the rest you've seen before, and the cliches just keep coming. This series needs a break but there's no chance of that when...

Re: What did you watch last night?

Terrifier 3 It's not a leap in quality that 2 was from the first but it stabilizes itself to be a decent old time. I like that this is direct sequel, and we follow the same main characters from the previous film(s) which allows for growth and the lore of Art himself. Dear ****ing lord, you thought ...

Re: Return of The I've Been To The Cinema To See thread

Took the Mrs tonight. She enjoyed. I really enjoyed Penn was good but I just went to her , he just looks and acts like Sylvester Stallone now. The walk , etc kept laughing after that Locked in saying this but: One Battle After Another as it stands is the best film this decade . And overall, 2025 is...
