The West Ham we know and love has long gone. I raise the point looking at the thread football grounds gone but never f...

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
For me the simple fact is once all this new stadium/new era hype had died down we were never going to be able to fill a 60,000 stadium week in week out without being in the top 6 and challenging to win trophies. The stadium is too big for us (Arsenal struggle to fill the 60,000 Emirates now for ple...

I didn’t need to see that again. A reminder though - let’s never forget how they blew her up for a Hollywood film when the corpse was still warm. I need a drink. Hey think of me, it was literally my season ticket seat they blew up https://i2-prod.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/article8874734.ece/...

I'm hoping that the "Runners" of the stadium realise its a mess and they invest or just give us the stadium like Manchester did to CityEvilC wrote:
Are you hoping for them to make the stadium anything but a dungheap? Good luck.
There's no going back so just look forward (unless your name is Payet)

**** them. they know they've been pushing their luck too much, this is just a way to get away with some more crap in the near future, by saying exactly what you are saying: but we gave you what you wanted! yea sure. once. about eight years too late. after taking away A LOT MORE. so no, i won't cut ...

Re: Gold and Sullivan ???
They deserve credit for this window for sure. I never thought I'd see us spend about 40 million pounds on a player with these two in charge. Credit where it's due. Does it undo years of under-investment, the botched stadium move, countless embarrassments in the media and the lies to the fans? Of co...

Re: Andy Carroll
Rumour he got injured climbing back up to his balcony after going out on the lash, when he shouldn't have.
Also Carroll is in the last year of his contract, he's going to have a blinder of a season when he's back. Needs to earn a new contract.

William Carvalho is available on a free, we spent much time and pain trying to get him last year, surely we should be going again.
