Re: TV Fixtures

Just after some reassurance. With Arsenal now out of the CL is the Liverpool game definitely at 12:30pm on the Saturday?

Hammer in Hornchurch wrote: Sat Mar 30, 2024 8:27 pm Looks like that was filmed at night time.
The game finished around 2:45pm.
Also, the voices shouting sound like northern accents.
Filmed in the covered "tunnel" at SJP, lights on so looks like night time?
Sounded like the kid was Scottish, maybe a Scottish Hammer asking for a picture?

Ipswich at home was right up there despite them having a quarter of the stadium.Man utd last game was the best ever.

For me Ipswich trumped the MUFC final game for raw atmosphere.

Re: Jibbing to become unlawful.

We got to the stadium in Prague really early just to avoid any mob trying this. Sad really that we felt the need to do this. The same. Ideally I do it at bog standard away games to avoid getting in and finding some self-entitled twonks sitting in our seats. "We're all West Ham ain't we?" ...

Somebody has asked me what 'LDV' means on the stadium seating plan, Band 6.

Re: Away Tickets Thread -

This is about Home tickets, sorry, wasn't sure where best to post it.

I can't make the H v Bournemouth game and wanted to forward my seat to a relative. Been on my account and there's no sign of the Bournemouth ticket, just the ticket for H v Arsenal plus the reserved Europa game ticket :chin:

Re: John Lyall

I left Essex at a young age. But ever since that time in the early 1970's I was back down there a lot. During school holidays and then later as an adult, spending time with my grandparents. I always loved soaking up all aspects of the area and their and my parents lives spent there. South-west Essex...

Re: West Ham Utd vs Everton: match thread

Got to be because of the clocks changing, the weird kick off times? I heard it was because Sky wanted the Manchester derby to kick-off at 1630 but GMP objected as it would increase drinking time. So that was brought forward to 1530. Sky then brought our match forward to 1300 to enable some build up...
