Re: Jan Transfer Window 18/19

Would love to see us go for Alassane Plea from Gladbach if we need to bring in another striker. Fast and clinic, could be a good fit to replace Arnie. Cost 25 million Euros in the summer so would have to bust the bank to get him in though,

Re: Manuel Pellegrini West Ham United’s 17th manager

I was hugely disappointed to see him just sitting on his arse in the dug out all match. Did he ever leave it once to bark out a few instructions to the players? Is the norm for him ? I read somewhere a while back that most of the time it's impossible to hear when a manager shouts from the sides, it...

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2018--9 days remaining

Last two seasons weren't great but Cheik gave us two very excellent years when he first joined. Positive attitude as well, I'll look back on his four seasons fondly overall

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2018- 80 days remaining

Reckon Pellegrini could take a look at Cazorla? Released by Arsenal, managed him at Villarreal, where he's training this summer and Malaga.

Not saying we should go for him but maybe having him in on trial might not be a bad idea.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2018- 84 days remaining

I can see it now, Sulli offers a Buffon a deal on minimum wage. "We tried for Buffon and we worked really hard but we just couldn't do a deal, time was then running out and it was impossible to find value for money, but we're delighted to announce Jamie Ashdown as come out of retirement and sig...

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2018- 84 days remaining

I'd like to see us go for Simon Kjaer. Would sort out our problems at the back, doesn't let himself be bullied be strikers, loves a tackle but can read the game well and is calm and composed too, decent from set plays too. Really surprised a Premier League team has never taken a punt on him. He's be...

Szczesny was signed to replace Buffon as Juventus's first choice when he retires and Buffon is probably retiring on Thursday.

Re: Was Noble right to do what he did?

On MotD it looked like he was going to have a pop at security until Ginge held him back. I don't think what he did was right, but I understand why he did it. People criticising his post-match comments, well if he said "Sack the board, I lost my rag" - then it would make the situation a lot...

Re: Javier Hernandez Signs

He started off with a reasonable effort I thought, chasing down defenders, but that all finished when Grigg scored, had a good moment in the second half starting the move that eventually played in Mario. Don't think it's quite a lack of effort, more he gives up too easily.

The reaction of the players after the game were telling. All the younger lads came over to the fans, they got got dogs abuses but a fair few applauded back, meanwhile Joe Hart and Hernandez and I think maybe Cresswell but I may just not have noticed him, went straight down the tunnel, letting the bo...

Stefano Struaro from Juventus anyone? 24, would be cheap and can play in quite few positions where we could do with reinforcements
