I can't decide whether changing the format from U23 to U21 is beneficial to the kids or not; at least with U23's, it gave an extra couple of years for them to mature and gave the coaches a clearer picture of whether they were likely to make it at top level, or whether they should be let go of.

A good start would be for the presenters, pundits, and commentators calling out the cheats rather than applauding them for being 'clever'.
