Re: Little things that irritate you

Does that then mean that they will cut the show in half as there will be not as many awards, less airtime for self obsessed 'celebrities' and less pat me on the back sessions. If that is the case then I am all for it.

As soon as he switched that to his left you knew what was going to happen. You feel like you've seen it before :scarfer:

Re: Ajeti

Tbf to Ajeti both games he has played he has been the lone striker in a weakened team against opposition that are so much more bang up for it than any of our lot are. He isn't a lone striker, we can all see that, he even said it himself in an article the other day where he'd like to play in a 2 up f...

Re: ⚽Oxford United v West Ham United: LC R3 Match Thread

Utterly pathetic. I'm sure it has probably already been said but Sanchez is atrocious. The geezer is out there trying to do 30 yard switching the play balls and he couldn't hit a barn door. We had no control of the midfield, it was a fully deserved loss in the end.

Great goal, we had to get it or it would have been a massive missed opportunity.

Lovely finish

Re: Little things that irritate you

People who walk down the train so they can be at the front when it reaches the station. Just chill out people it's a 20 second walk at most, it irrationally annoys me. The amount of people like you said, who you then end up walking past once off the train on the platform. I like the situation when ...

Re: Illegally parked cars app

I saw a tv programme on something similar in the US. Leaving your car on idle is technically illegal, but it isn't heavily policed in the UK. Whereas in New York, they let civilians take pictures of cars/lorries etc and they can claim a percentage from the fine. It has been so successful for some pe...

She made a lasagna yesterday. The bechamel was a bit too thick, which I told her. Lasagne need to be a bit on the sloppy side IMO.
Quite right too.

Re: Heating Watch 2019

The missus has started wearing the dressing gown in the evening and hinting that it's getting a bit chilly. Headbanger Isn't it meant to warm up again towards end of the week? It is meant to. I am resisting until at least next week, the only annoying thing in my house is downstairs is a lot colder ...

Re: Bury FC: Dawson vs Dale (non WHU)

So some bloke who has no interest in football is allowed to buy a club riddled with debt and then said club is expelled from the league, as **** all was done to sort anything out, by the people that allowed it to happen. Ok then.

My worst hangover is the reason I still can't really drink cider... and it was about 15 years ago. No other stonking hangover has ever affected my taste as much as that.

Toilet roll. End of. The best thing Ive found with Costco is their returns policy. No questions, refund or replacement. I don't take the piss on purpose, but whenever I have bought something (electronic) and it hasn't lasted the 5 years you just take it back. For that cover alone I don't mind even i...

Last night was rather uncomfortable in my household, so I will be happily inside the office air con tomorrow. Although that does absolutely nothing for when I have to leave it. A late bbq will most likely happen!!
