Having witnessed Keen in the dugout and on the touchline a few times, he appeared as awe aspiring as Avram

Re: Manager XIV [POLL Two]
I'd have anyone in that list bar Carr. He's a legend at what he does, let's not ruin it eh? It's still Curbs for me but I cant see him getting the job due to spacca fans moaning on day 1 about 'boring' football after we've just comfortably beaten Doncaster 2-0.

Re: Manager XIV [POLL]
Who have you all had sneaky little bets on? I've put money on Curbs at 18s, MON @ 10s and Davies @ 33s

Maybe after season upon season of nice but bland managers some of us want an utter repulsive ****.

Looking at the bookies favourites I'd take any bar Jones, Mackay and McCleish. William Hill is offering Mourhinio at 20/1

Re: Manager XIV [POLL]
Surprised Sir Trev's not an option, he would be my first choice. I voted for MON but also happy if Carr got it. Any of these 3 would be a success, which is why they haven't a chance. And totally agree with the Moth. This win at all costs attitude is a sad reflection on modern 'society'. I'm with Cl...

Re: Manager XIV [POLL]
If either of these two get the job I for one will not be going to any games whilst they are in charge as I believe we need to go back to what has made this club special in the past not completely throw away the ideology behind what we stand for. Any posts saying "well we haven't stuck to the W...

Re: Manager XIV [POLL]
I didnt vote for Fat Sam and I hate the man but unlike McClaren he wont take any **** from players and most importantly G&S. He's a born fighter and I fully understand why he's popular with many on here.

Says it all. I'm getting piss take texts galore and one from a fella who's always spot on that McClaren was a done deal last week. It's looking very gloomy.

Re: Wigan Athletic v West Ham United: Match Thread
It's a dismal way to look at life though. There's six points at stake. I'm just hoping that it's the internet heroes that are thinking this way, and come Sunday afternoon the away stand will be rocking to support the football club and not whinging like little girls about how s***e we are. I wont be...

Re: West Ham United v Blackburn: Match Thread
After 32 minutes, a Blackburn player went down injured. Every West Ham player apart from Green ran to the touchline to take water on board. 5ft away stood AG saying nothing ..... A microcosm of our season and the disaster that is Grant ..... Players arent fit enough and Grant is a rabbit starring i...

Re: Man City vs West Ham Utd: match thread
He gave the ball away once and it was a very poor pass. He then proceeded to run 60 yards to win the ball back. When he was placed in his preferable position of centre midfield, Man City had no idea how to get the ball off him without fouling the fella, He broke up their play and set us on the attac...
