Re: The Mental Health Thread - (Help Contacts in First Post).

I love having a thread like this where you can share your story and not feel judged. I've always had serious anxiety issues and these would often lead to panic attacks. The worst part about it is that anything could trigger this for me, and I would live my life expecting something bad to happen. St...

Re: The Summer Transfer Thread 2024

Dinos is more than fine as a back-up RCH too, which is what we wanted when we lost Dawson and Dinos has funnily enough been exactly like him! Similar sort of strengths and weaknesses. Just slightly quicker and a lot younger. Like Daws he’ll have some outstanding games for us and equally won’t be fa...

Re: WiFi controlled gadgets

I have a small, 18" cube reef aquarium containing lots of corals and a couple of "Nemos" Every piece of equipment is now controlled from my phone from anywhere in the world. The lighting is turned on/off, the wave makers can be adjusted to create surge or calm periods, I have a devic...

Re: West Ham United -v- SC Freiburg - 2nd leg match thread - 14.03.24

The Telegraph match report, BUT, worth the read just to see what we may have done for the Premiership and European places next season. No one inside the London Stadium on Thursday night was thinking of what this performance might mean in the great battle of the European “coefficient rankings”, but ...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

Couple of things on West Ham news now that we are interested on Arne Slot, Id certainly welcome him here out of the other options that have been discussed on here, but didn't he / his club turn down spuds last year? As would any manager who wants to win trophies, there's not that many teams in the ...

Re: West Ham United v Brentford : match thread

Unfortunately he seems a liability outside of the penalty area for me. If we are sitting deep ok he gets a limb or head to most things. Aguerd for me in games like yesterday. Aguerd may have a horlicks in him, in fairness most players do, but I do think, Mavropanos and Aguerd have enough speed to g...

Re: West Ham United v Brentford : match thread

He's ungainly as they come and his best days are behind him .....but.... His positioning and awareness are superb - still strong in the tackle and brave as a lion . A powerhouse of a player and a brilliant team mate . He has his limitations , that's there for all to see but we're working round then...

Re: West Ham United v Brentford : match thread

Really enjoyed it, albeit on TV, some great stuff played and brilliant performances.

Got to say though, if Zouma is the answer, Aguerd and Ogbonna must be taking a **** in DM's cornflakes each morning.

Burnley Hammer You will only find your inner peace by wanting less. And that isnt because you have got more. The best advice i was ever given was from a poster on here who told me to lose the curse of ambition. I did, and im happy. No, no, no, no, no, how can one be happy accepting shuffling around...

I just want to see some urgency, energy, and pace with the ball going forward rather than sideways and backward all the time.

Surely not too much to ask for.
