Maiga's on the list... bring him home :scarfer:
In all seriousness there are some ok players on there who would be half decent additions to the squad, Martin Olsson for one if we are going to play wingbacks more regularly. I'm shocked Moyes hasn't had a look at Anichebe too.

Re: West Ham United v West Bromwich Albion: FAC4R Match Thread

Moyes really needs to find his best 11 and get them playing as a team and fast. I would make a few changes for this game just to freshen up in areas. I think for example Zaba, Noble and Snodgrass will struggle to play 4 games in 10 days, this is probably an opportunity to rotate them plus they've ha...

Re: West Ham United v West Bromwich Albion: FAC4R Match Thread

I know that many of us don't like Moyes, but would you not find it a bit embarrassing, chanting an opposition manager's name? As I said, I love Slav for THAT season, but I don't think we should be chanting his name. I don't mind Moyes but I'm still a massive fan of Bilic, he gave me one of my great...

Re: More free travel - Liverpool/Newcastle/Man Utd

about time a lot of PL clubs have been doing it for years ! I see Newcastle have their tickets for £10 tomoroow all seats. how come I have had to pay £20 to watch our dross ?. Simple case of supply and demand - proven right with the fact we are near enough sold out for tomorrows game. Newcastle hav...

I hope West Ham fans don't chant Slavs name.

I loved him when he was here, but.. please don't.
Why not?

Slav understands the club and understands the fans, which is more than can be said of those ****ers upstairs.

Re: Some Cup Game of Football or whatever. Meh, who cares?: Match Thread...

Mr Palermo I'm guessing season ticket holders have just had their money taken and actual attendance will be in the 30000 range? Vast majority of season ticket holders aren't on the auto cup scheme so would have had to pay for their tickets, obviously a few will buy just for the priority point but o...

Re: 2019/2020 Relegation Thread

Brighton are in the battle, surprised most people are writing them off as safe, 4 games without a win including a defeat to Bournemouth. That game in 10 or so days time is just huge.

Re: Protests against the board being planned

Good chant we also need something simple and quick to pick up in my opinion to replace "sack the board" from a couple of years ago which makes no sense. I would go for: "you're not fit to run our club"

Re: Our players are not good enough

I agree, on paper those names are decent. But the problem is the others are not premier league quality. What with injuries and wanting to switch formations and make subs any team featuring the 4 full backs, noble, snodgrass, balbuena, etc would struggle. Stick zabaleta, masuaku, noble and balbuena ...

Re: Our players are not good enough

K10WHU Please remove Lanzini from that string .... Lanzini was and still is a technically good footballer who is coming back from a severe injury. It wasn't that long ago that some of the best clubs in the country were after him. He is lacking sharpness and a lot of confidence, the club need to get...

Re: Our players are not good enough

I disagree, there are some good players in that squad, not in every position granted but in my opinion the following are more than good enough as Premier League midtable players: Fabianski, Diop, Ogbonna, Rice, Fornals, Lanzini, Anderson, Antonio & Haller. There's a core of a team there that should ...

Re: Leicester City v West Ham United: Match Thread

The first half was absolutely atrocious, up there with one of the worst displays I've seen for a while. Second half much better mainly because of Antonio coming on, ok we lost the second half as well but clearly we were pushing to get back in the game, I don't mind that, I would rather lose 4-1 and ...

Re: 2019/2020 Relegation Thread

At Upton Park I wouldn't have minded getting relegated, but the prospect of going to watch West Ham v Rotherham on a Tuesday night at the OS has to be one of the most unappealing ways to spend a midweek evening I can think of.

Re: Leicester City v West Ham United: Match Thread

A team on a poor run of form and looking like they have lost their mojo - enter West Ham United. I'm sure Moyes will set up with 3 at the back as seems to be his preference in away games so far in this spell. I would setup like this: Randolph Diop Balbuena Ogbonna Zabaleta Noble Rice Snodgrass Masua...

Re: Testicular Cancer

Just get it checked by your GP. I had a similar feeling back in the summer of last year, got it checked, no issues and the pain all went away on its own a week later. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and better to get it checked out rather than worrying about it for weeks on end.
