Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!
As contractional, predictable and as difficult to watch as Moyesball is at times, there is no way on earth I’d want the ‘The Vile One’ anywhere near our club. In fact, that would be the final nail for me. The club is fractured in so many ways, bringing in such a divisive character as Jose would just...

Re: 🚗 🚌 🚅 ✈ The Away Game & Match Day Logistics Thread
£169 return for a non-stop 24 hour round trip.
Flying out Thursday morning to Frankfurt, train to Cologne.
Back to Cologne after the game, train or maybe bus (As we can get some sleep) back to Frankfurt for a 6am flight home.
Should be walking through the door around 8ish.

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
short term fixes I have mentioned many times. wouldnt cost that much but would involve: 7. we missed a trick with mondays match. after every bowen goal we should have played hus song to try and build an atmosphere. just a few cheap fixes for brady and co to toss in the bin ! No, just plain and simp...

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
that is pretty much how i feel as well i don't like the stadium itself or the environment for the actual match, but i go because i still want to go I do however prefer the bits of the match day pre and post match vs Upton park And each to their own  In fairness, the Elizabeth line has helped ...

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
Can’t lie … I really struggle with home games these days. Personally I feel the stadium is an embarrassment, its tacky, tired and completely unsuitable for association football. Of course there’s been the odd occasion when the atmosphere as been good but that’s when we’re in the ascendency and those...

Re: Summer Holidays
My Mrs gave up her cushty long haul cabin crew gig to work in shop earning paper round money so I’ve had to change my outlook, gone are the days when we’d fly to Vegas for the weekend, pop over to NYC, Chicago and Boston for dinner or take a snap break to Barbados … all upper class of course. So thi...

Being realistic, and who we could conceivably attract …. I’d plum for Peter Bosz.

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!
Moyes seems to be beyond criticism from the media ….. Almost like its solely the players to blame. I’m bored and more than a little annoyed with the continued digging out of the WHUFC fans for being so divided over the Manager. I get both sides of the argument but when I hear all these so called pun...

Wouldn’t surprise me if we hear from our poisoned dwarf of an owner in some way today.
Directly or indirectly, he wont be able to help himself.

Re: Callum Marshall
I agree with what he said in the post you quoted - Marshall comes over as considerably more composed than Mubama - but then I guess that's the kind of fast development you get when you get called up to the NI Mens team and play international football. If we're at the point where we are not allowed ...

Re: Callum Marshall
What a clownish comment. Take your claret and blue tinted glasses off and look at Mubama for what he is - a very average footballer, who has deluded visions of his worth to the club, probably fuelled greatly by his agent being in his ear constantly. Your insinuation that anyone who doesn’t rate him...

Re: Callum Marshall
He seems to have a good first touch and makes intelligent runs, which in my mind places him way ahead of Mubama at this stage. I’d keep him around the 1st XI going forwards. Yawn – Did Mubama shag your Mrs or something? Continually digging out a 19yr old homegrown lad, whose a West Ham fan and hasn...

WTF?
Petulantly kicking out and trying to disguise it isn’t showing bottle, nor is it giving it back.
Hes an absolute fanny.

If you like ribs and can’t be arsed with a visit to the butchers and doing all the marinating yourself, Waitrose do a rack for about £7.50 with a packet sauce. *Caveat – I ****ing hate Waitrose, deplorable shop but these ribs are the best. Do some rice, set to the side. Cook some peas and sweetcorn ...

Actually didn’t think he was half as bad as whats been made out, considering that was the longest game time he’s had domestically and only being 19. We created nothing, gave him little to no service yet he didn’t go hiding and worked hard. 2 seasoned pros missed guilt edge chances yesterday but a ki...

Re: The Johnson Government 2019-2022
Sneaking into at the crack of dawn so he doesn’t have to face protesters. Coward. The whole country could see what was happening in those early days yet with all the data, information and scientific assistance at his mercy, they still couldn’t ‘twig’ as to the severity of what was unfolding. Saying ...

One of ex-players heavily implicated in this.
Obviously no better as an agent than what he was as a defender.

Re: Everton: 12 point deduction recommended [non WHU]
I'd love an NFL and money cap system but like others have said, unless the whole football world was signed on to do it, it wouldn't work and we'd lose most the best players to other leagues eventually. But at least it would be a more even playing field, which would lead to better players being spre...
