Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

I liked Nene. I thought he was decent for us.

Re: West Ham United v West Bromwich Albion: FAC4R Match Thread

Just out of curiosity, if we lose this game, does that mean we get to go on our mid-season famous warm weather holid.. I mean training?

Must be a coincidence that we put in utter piss poor performances every year in this cup.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

"I think we're playing with quite a lot of confidence and showing that in our games. I think the two late goals on Wednesday turned an okay performance into a really bad one."

Unbelievable that he actually said this.

I hope Moyes watches it back and realises his team selection & set-up was appalling.
He played the exact same way last time he was here so i wouldn't hold your breath.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

The fact it usually takes us weeks to get a signing done and Moyes saying recently that nothing is close, says to me that we ain’t signing anyone in this window.

Re: Leicester City v West Ham United: Match Thread

Guessing it's likely to be 5 at the back with Cresswell at CB, with the slowest, most defensive midfield possible of Noble, Rice and Snodgrass. With Haller and Lanzini as our only attacking players. Going to be a longggggg night.

Didn't Moyes say just the other day 'no more cast offs'? 'Players for the future, the next 3 or 4 years'? What the f*ck is Nzonzi then :eh:
A David Sullivan signing. Moyes has little to no say in what happens i would guess.

Having read Moyses presser twice I don’t see any where he says no one is going to be signed
"We’ve been linked with a few so to identify one player would be wrong. We will try to add one player, maybe two at a push but there could be a chance we could not get anybody"

That's what he said.

Quote from Moyes today. He was being asked about Berge specifiically.

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Just a reminder of how bad our squad is.. despite sending a GK out on loan, we still have more GK’s at the club than natural strikers.

Why would Tottenham go for Gedson? Don't they know Joe Allen and Fellaini are avaiable?

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

I thought Randolph was okay last time he was here. Sure, he had some iffy games but he also had some really good games. Perfect back up GK imo. Certainly better than Roberto and Martin.

Re: Gillingham v West Ham United: FAC3 Match Thread

This is the classic 532 David Moyes style of football we played under him last time. The exact reason why he should never of been given the job. Boring boring boring.

ExWHUemployee @ExWHUemployee Yes. That would be our most preferred option (obviously) so we will try and go down that route. He has expressed eagerness to join its just a question of what other offers he receives That was in reply to someone asking if we were trying for a loan for 18 months with an ...

I am so bored of watching us play. Everything is slow and predictable. Boring football with terrible results to go along with it.

ExWHUemployee
@ExWHUemployee
Unfortunately we have picked up a couple of injuries so there are changes to the starting eleven today

Anyone taking bets on who? I'm going for Haller and Rice.
