Would they though?
Isn't their a clause that makes our rent at the bowl even cheaper if we are relegated?
100 odd milll a year lost from the premier league, the rent on the stadium means nothing

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

I have just been reading through this thread. I have only watched a couple of games on the telly but Isn't it obvious that what the team needs more than anything else is decent fullbacks? I can see the CM could be bettered but in the modern game without decent fullbacks you are up against it, as usu...

You have been saying that for years. You said the club was dead when we were still at the Boleyn, way before London was even awarded the Olympics and when your ex missus was actually your missus.

Re: The Fans are part of the problem

So would you say, as this comment suggests, that you no longer “support” West Ham? Just curious. I would say it does yes, I still follow the results and if anyone asked who I follow I would say West Ham but I don't support the club anymore, for me its just a shadow of what it was. I would say West ...

Re: The Fans are part of the problem

Fans have probably not ever abstained in enough volume to affect the owner you're right. But a football club had never won the World Cup before either..... Wolf is also right its not the money its the embarrassment that their dream and the new West Ham is not as slick (and therefore saleable) as the...

Re: The Fans are part of the problem

See I disagree There has always been a core support of around 20 -25K Most of the 'new fans' are drawn by the shiny stadium and the promise of success and the fact you can buy tickets on stub hub! I genuinely think they will stop going should the stadium empty, you can only get excited about the pop...

Re: The Fans are part of the problem

Mate im not having a go at anybody, I still know loads that go. And I genuinely don't really care if the club stay up, gets relegated or self combusts, it just seems so obvious to me that the owners are taking the piss out of the fans loyalty and will do it until you show them that they can't . I do...

The Fans are part of the problem

You lot (that still go) are part of the problem. All the time the ****ers that own the club see that lego stadium full up, be it with tourists or fans; they will not change. The only way to force these ***** out of West Ham is to stop giving them your money, that's all they care about. The problem i...

Re: ⚽ Burnley FC v West Ham United: Match thread (09/11)

What i find laughable is that you lot still think moving grounds will make West Ham successful, it won't. We have all been robbed of a football club and a history that can't be recovered, I can't believe you still give these chancers your money.... I watched the game today as i am working up this wa...

Re: Transfer news and rumours

I was driving with a football agent last night who reckons West Ham have bid £28mill for Ryan Sessegnon.

He seemed Kosher, but can't vouch for him.

This is a great example of the stampy foot fan.

This is top of the list when he has a bad game, nearly off the front page the Monday morning after he has a good game.

West Ham fans fickle? of course they are!

This thread is a good example of why a lot of the older generation of football fans have jacked it in!

West Ham fans have become some of the worst in the country, fickle stampy feettwats. Some of you need to have a word with yourself. Your an embarrassment you Rubs

Ive just had a beer with an agent and he reckons that West Ham are sniffing around Joe Allen and Jordan Ayew as replacements.

Re: ⚽ West Ham Utd v Tottenham Hotspur: match thread (20/10)

I went to West Ham today, first time in over a year. My cousin had a spare and last minute decided to go, for me there were a few of things of note: 1. The stadium is better than when I left it, still **** but better. 2. The new centre half's look good and will become a decent pairing if given time,...
