Why bother, we’ve got little or no chance of winning the thing. I think there’s more chance of me winning the lottery and I don’t even play
Wigan fans probably thought the same...

Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

Feel a tad better about the Moyes appointment after seeing his press conference. Clearly feels he has unfinished business and put a lot of emphasis on a long term vision for the club. Also made some bold statements about how he will make sure his contract is extended. Actions do speak louder than wo...

Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

When it was finally announced a little part of me was stunned that they actually had gone and re-hired him. Unbelievable.

However, back the man, not the board.

Re: Who Next? The odds

I don't want Moyes back by any means as I believe out of principle it is embarrassing that we are re-appointing a bloke that we dismissed 18 months ago as he wasn't a high enough calibre manager. However, I do think its a tad unfair to bring up win ratios/percentages under his time here without look...

Re: Who Next? The odds

I can't actually believe we're going to re-hire David Moyes. I felt a bit for him at the end but out of pure principle for us to come back 18 months later and re-hire the geezer literally sums up everything about the toxic ownership of this football club.

Re: Who Next? The odds

Maybe Bournemouth’s form can be attributable to the fact that Howe has stayed there for as long as he can and the project has gone a bit stale? A bit like what what happened with Pochettino at Tottenham. Maybe the fact that Howe has supposedly shown interest in coming here suggests that he also know...

Pathetic really isn’t it? I don’t know any other board who would act in such a way.

In some ways we are paying for those late goals v Newcastle & Spurs.
The win against Chelsea is what has done it.

Re: Manuel Pellegrini West Ham United’s 17th manager

We have scored 10 and conceded 25 in the last 11 games (all comps). There is nothing this season that suggests Pellegrini will miraculously turn this around. So okay, say we beat Southampton this week, it’s only a matter of time until we get absolutely blown away by Leicester in a couple of weeks ti...

Re: Manuel Pellegrini West Ham United’s 17th manager

Don’t even know where to start to be honest. To summarise, I just think tonight really highlighted the weak mentality of this team under MP. It also further highlights that we have no idea what we’re doing when going forward, which in turn made it inevitable that we would let Arsenal back into a gam...

Re: Welcome, Sebastien Haller

Great video on how Haller will be best used effectively. I think it's such a poor and lazy argument to look at him as a player without looking at the system in which we're playing in. Pellegrini doesn't have a clue lets be honest.

Eddie Howe needs a new challenge as I think it's all gone a bit stale at Bournemouth. I think we should consider bringing him to East London.

Re: Manuel Pellegrini West Ham United’s 17th manager

As good as the Chelsea win was a part of me couldn't help but think that it paprered over cracks. Pellegrini has not lost the dressing room, fair enough, but I seriously wonder whether he knows what he is doing. You know its bad when we have a 45 million pound striker up front but we're all relying ...
