Re: Mark Noble - West Ham Legend

Second half upset me yesterday. All the stick Noble has taken over the last few years from complete morons. The bloke hasn't seen barely any improvement in quality around him for 16 years. That's why managers have continued to pick him. He's weary and I don't blame him. Every single player yesterday...

Re: Who Next? The odds

I dont think you can watch Bournemouth much if you think they play anything like an Allardyce side.

Re: Who Next? The odds

There's a couple key points that work in our favour in terms of Howe and the choice between us and Everton. His family being one. There is the suggestion he won't work North of Watford again, as he doesn't plan to move the children again. His right hand man Jason Tindall is a big West Ham fan. Of co...

I've heard this evening on very good authority that Howe is interested.

Re: Welcome, Sebastien Haller

We are still attacking like Haller is an Arnie type, running channels and pressing the opposition. He finds himself isolated and will continue to until we adapt and get players a bit closer to him. Arnie could operate without a player within 30 yards of him. Haller can't but has other strengths. He ...

Re: Mark Noble - West Ham Legend

Some of the touches yesterday, little movements to gain space. Looked like he is a man lifting his game again to those around him. He's absolutely cruising in that midfield spot. Makes the game look so easy - he's got plenty in the tank left if he can play the way he is at the moment. Not comparing ...

Re: Adrián San Miguel del Castillo

Always laughed how Adrian took the flack for the Watford goal that Ginge let bounce about 3 times, by which time Adrian must have wondered if he was going to deal with it. I'm delighted for Adrian. Our number one now is marginally better at most things, Adrian still superb for a 1 on 1 and a pen sav...

The handball rule was changed to accommodate VAR. So you can blame it.

Re: Mark Noble - West Ham Legend

With and without the ball our best player first half. Others that need to step up around him.

Brooking you're a broken record on so many levels. Give it up.

Re: Mark Noble - West Ham Legend

While he might not be a legend to anyone over the age of 12 he is still the only bloody captain we have  I'm 30 next year and he's a legend to me. In terms of on the pitch he wasn't the key ingredient that was missing yesterday but he certainly would come in for Wilshere quite comfortably base...

Re: ⚽ Brighton and Hove Albion vs West Ham United: Match Thread

Snodgrass playing CM is a bit of a disappointment. Indeed. A dependable squad option, but Rice, Lanzini, Wilshere, Fornals all fit to play against a side that plays a back 3. We needed to use more wide options, honestly gobsmacked we went without Antonio or Yarmalenko against a back 3. A 5ft centra...

Re: VAR

My issue is consistency. Quite prepared to give it a chance if it is applied the same way in each games. Equally I would be quite happy to scrap it as I am happy with how it was before. The biggest issue is offside calls. You have some linesmen putting their flags up like normal and forgetting VAR e...

Re: Manuel Pellegrini West Ham United’s 17th manager

It's a bit rich for him to say play with tempo aggression etc away at Cardiff and leave the likes of Antonio and Arnie on the bench and play a lone 5ft 8 Cheatarito up front.

Re: Manuel Pellegrini West Ham United’s 17th manager

Hes rightly got lots of praise for transforming our attitude, particularly in home games. Playing on the front foot, trying to entertain etc. So on that basis I think he has to be questioned for, in my opinion setting us up really poorly in the last, what, 7 away games? That's pretty bad. Give him a...

Are they ever going to fight? ££££ will dictate that the best fights the best at some point. Wilder probably won't fight Joshua imo - because it won't be an undisputed fight for much longer. Fury will take the gold and green, Whyte will win his final eliminator against Breazeale...and ...we'll get ...
