Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

This Howe will be tinned end of season Newcastle will appoint Mourinho Moyes will leave end of season WHU will appoint Howe I dont think he would do a bad job, but Rodgers would be a better bet to improve the football, if only make the better stuff Moyes team plays more consistent and not nose dive...

Great stuff. Hawkins was head and shoulders better than anyone else on the pitch (deffo ringer) for him read Jamie Sykes for the Black Prince "B" in Danny Bakers 1990's TV homage to Sunday morning football "The Game".

You are describing an audience not a football supporting crowd.

Re: Trump

I don't see how anyone living in the US CAN be impartial. It's relatively easy, assure the judge you understand that Mr Trump is innocent of the crime as we speak, and will remain so until you and the other jurors have heard the entire evidence for and against the accusation, and then you will weig...

Unfortunately, no matter the subject matter, you're always going to get vitriol on Twitter/X, because people are just allowed to shout into the void without repercussions. I wish it was a void, fact is it's an echo chamber for grifters whose bile laden click bait on WHSM is solely just to monetise ...

Football before the Premier League and all seater stadiums. You woke up on Saturday with such a rush, everyone, home or away was playing at 3pm, to have Saturday as the sporting day was so special.

Re: ✍️ Welcome Lucas Paquetá - Our Brazilian Magnifico

For about 18 months! So all the time he was with West Ham, he was also pretty bloody good for Marseille to. He rarely fluffed his lines when it came to the pass/cross or a shot on goal in the way Paqueta does, at times he pulled a goal out of pure thin air. Paqueta is a supremely gifted player and ...

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions

'Owning' the ground now, does not add a huge amount to the clubs 'value' as to do so would increase debt that would counter any increase in asset value (short term). Added to that the large increase in on-going costs (probably at least x3 our current rent), that may be offset a little through ownin...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

You don't think we could do what Newcastle or Villa have done, or are doing, and qualify for the Champions League? Newcastle went from 11th to 4th. Villa went from 14th to 7th to 4th. I'd argue we had the talent in our squad to finish in the top 6. But we finished 14th and are on track to finish 8t...

Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

i would think fans would be ok with the buying and selling model as long as it's evident there is a clear structure for replacements whilst the football adapts to the new coach We've seen steidten do a pretty good job in using the rice money to fund kudus, alvarez, JWP etc. Not saying it's going to...

That would be a bit of an overreaction considering Iran killed absolutely no one while Israel's attack on the Iranian Consulate in Syria killed 7 . Re: David Moyes' Claret and Blue Army!

I do find it interesting how differently people can view football but that is a really harsh summary I'm not an advocate for potter but most of that can be dispelled quite quickly Potter's Chelsea side had something like 15 squad players out and various new signings to try and bed in - the fact poc...

Yes after their new CEO was suspended after 5 days in the job for insider trading :D It’s starting to sound like I want Potter (I don’t) but all reports about him rejecting Ajax also mentioned that he is keen to be back in work. The money’s great but he knows he’ll soon be a forgotten man if he doe...

Moyes slagging fest - This is a point made by one of the more informed posters straight off one of the less reputable West Ham SM pages "Moyes moaning about Thurs/Sunday!! Villa play Thurs/ Sunday and they just beat Arsenal at the Emirates"...... :clown:
