You are correct, there is a HUGE financial penalty if they sell out within (i believe) the first 5 years, so mark your calendars for Aug 2021 for our new buyer. Between 5 and 10 years the penalties start to decrease but are still there. Don't personally think they're that huge - £12m if the club is...
