Re: FA Cup 5th Round - West Bromwich Albion Away

I reckon televised games will be: Palace v Liverpool (subject to Liverpool getting through) Arsenal v Boro Bradford v Sunderland/Fulham Preston/Sheff United v Man United Blackburn v Stoke Mark Hughes' history with Blackburn may just get them the Monday night slot on the box. West Brom v West Ham is...

Re: So who will you follow now?

Unfortunately, Portugal and Uruguay as they are the 2 I got in the sweepstake at work. Once the groups are out of the way I may have a look at the odds, fancy France big time. I think you might have missed any real value on the French, they've come in to about 8/1. Nice shout with the Belgians Bill...

Re: Liverpool vs West Ham: Match Thread

Well we now face a trip to our graveyard which is Anfield. I was there back in 1963 when we last won. I was a young 17 year old teenager then and I am now a 67 year old pensioner. and cannot believe in those 50 years that we have not recorded another win there. It is a whole lifetime, in that perio...

And it doesn't rhyme with 'Hello' either. To join in with the Spanish lesson, the 'll' is actually treated as a separate letter, which is odd because it's obviously two letters stuck together. Anyhow, one such pronunciation would be 'Tay-yo' , another 'Tesz-o' depending on where in the Spanish spea...

So to settle the argument of who we think is better between Bale and Iniesta, is by instead arguing over who we think other managers think is better between Bale and Iniesta?
