Maiga is an international forward with a better goalscoring record than Campbell and I'd pay £7m to have him gone[/quote]
You make a very valid point, but we cant be that unlucky twice, can we?

Re: Summer 2015 transfer thread
Young player who has been loaned out all over Europe for the last few years, who has scored a few goals wherever he's gone. He might just need to be settled in a team who want him. Not saying he's the complete deal, but £7 million for a 23 year old international forward seems a punt worth taking.

Re: Summer 2015 transfer thread

Re: The summer 2014 Transfer thread and wish list
People need to give Cresswell a chance, i saw him quite a few times last year and was a very solid defender. I have a lot of friends and people who are not friends! who are Ipswich season ticket holders and are very unhappy about him going and think he is their best player by a country mile. If we s...

Re: Colchester Utd v West Ham Utd: match thread
Just back, an all round decent performance and clearly a good workout. I thought Joe Cole, Rat, Lletget & Ginge stood out, of the others Diame is a beast but can pass for s##t, Diarra looked a bit uninterested. Maiga was on the only player who looked poor. I would be worried if we went into the ...

Re: West Ham Utd v Portsmouth: match thread
Not sure what the starting 11 will be, but am very pleased we now have credible options to replace Noble, I dont think he should have nailed on starting berth. Exciting times!

What are the chances that part of the deal is that Parker to them at the end of the season if we go down, and maybe if we dont!

Re: West Ham 50% sold to Sullivan (gold and brady on board)
I might be wrong, ( and no doubt I will be told if I am), but i cant remember Zola or any player making a public statement about the takeover. G & S are all over the media like a rash, makes me think a gagging order has been put in place.
Just strikes me strange.

Re: Ipswich v West Ham match thread
Just got back from the match, great game but didn't learn anything new, we have a few class players, but we desperatly need another stiker, a left midfielder and cover for Linda.

A woman is in a hospital in a coma. After a few days, the nurse notices that every time she sponge-bathes the woman around the crotch, her vital signs, according to the nearby monitor, increase significantly. The nurse gets the bright idea that oral sex might just provide the stimulus to bring the w...
